The National History Bee and Bowl is pleased to announce that Fenton High School in Bensenville, IL will be the site of our Illinois State Championships on Saturday, February 11, 2012. This tournament will use our A set (i.e. our Nationals-level questions) and we look forward to welcoming a great field of teams. Teams should be advised that (1) this tournament is open to schools and students from outside Illinois; (2) this tournament does not have any prerequisites – all teams and students who have not played our A set elsewhere are welcome to attend; and (3) teams and students can qualify for Nationals at the other Illinois tournaments as well; they do not need to come to Fenton (though they are encouraged to do so).
